I am recently adding the following lifts into my training to gain power for some sports activities. I'm new to these lifts and need guidance in how to correctly execute them, because I don't have access to a weight training instructor can someone give me some guidance as to how I know I am doing them correctly. I've found videos on searches, but I was wondering which muscles should I feel being worked (I know they are full body, but where should I feel the most work being done), because so far I feel it all in my shoulders which tells me I am not executing them correctly. I'm also doing some deadlifts and squats but I am familiar with their execution. I plan on doing lighter weight with higher reps till it feels correct, I just need an indication that I'm doing them correctly. Thanks for any help.
