Koklyaev 501 Clean and Jerk at the Arnold

He is the second person ever to lift this barbell (to Alexeev). And he did it with relative ease...

What an amazing lift technician and strong strong guy. Did you see how high he caught that on the clean... sick. So the only other person to use it was Alexeev?

Remember, to get big, you have to get strong. The two are interconnected. Lift heavy, work hard, and size will come. Like night follows day. It works. Arnold

even more amazing is that he did this a day after taking 2nd place in the Arnold strongman comp for 2 days before.. where on the last event - about 12 hrs before this lift, he pressed the 200 lb circus DB 10 times overhead..
Wow.. one of the greatest all-around strongmen..

I agree, a monster strength talent with extremely well rounded power. He is world class in several disciplines which is goofy impressive in my book.

Pffft, he wore one of those tight bench suits, a belt and knee sleeves. That isn't raw.

I'd say he is probably the best all-around strength athlete alive today, maybe ever. Damn impressive. I also want to see a video of the beat boxing.
