    My 590 DL and Lynn's 347 DL PR's

My powerlifting team did an intrasquad powerlifting meet on Saturday the 21st. I did bench and deadlift. On bench I opened raw with 296 lbs (we did it in kilo's), 3 white lights. I then got in my old Titan F-6 single ply and missed 402. There was absolutely no pop off the bottom. I think my shirt is just too stretched out and old. Time for a new one.

Deadlift went much better, however. I got my opener of 545 easily. Then I jumped up to 590 which was a 2.5kg (5.5lb) PR. I got it with a tough lockout at the top. I then decided to go for 600lbs even. I got it to my knees but couldn't get it past as I was too worn out from the previous attempt. I'm hoping to get it at my meet in April.

Everybody in my training squad got PR's. Lynn hit a 347 deadlift raw at about 132lbs BW and just missed 352.

Here is the vid of my 590 deadlift:

Nice pull man. Your real good at sitting back and locking out the back and knees simotaniously. I have a hard time with that im still workin on it.

Had to repost Lynn's. It should work now. Thanks for the comments, everyone.

She tried 352 after that and just missed it. I think if she'd tried it for her 2nd attempt she would have got it.

When I saw this thread title I expected hers to be in a suit. That's really impressive!
