    Im just carb cycling and generally eating cleaner/healthier. As far as cardio goes, all im really doing is playing bball 4 times a week.

    If you're worried about meeting certain athletic goals, I would train for those specific goals as opposed to worrying about 'cutting' or dropping weight. Seriously, you look good and are around 12% bodyfat. You've got no worries - just add cardio and work on pounding out some miles. Ask your ortho about prehab/rehab for the old injury.

    Update on my progress.

    Upon looking at my leg pics 2 weeks ago, I have decided to forgor my cut for now. Looking to increase the size and strength of my legs. Going to be putting on some mass for the time being. Will update as usual!

    You're cutting, and I can understand why (for your personal reasons and goals) but shoot... I'm with some of the others here, that first couple pics you posted are like, my end-goal type of look.

    Keep up the good work either way, I think I read most recently you're going to try bulking back up with your legs.

    Did you check the date before you posted, I assume you didn't. The answer to your question btw, is......... there is no definite answer, it varies one to another. Eat when your hungry, and eat till your full. Then, eat some more. And drink milk. And squat, Heavy, like really heavy, like so heavy it makes heavy things seem.... not heavy. And, If you have and honest question like above, start a thread, state your stats and goals, and then you will be given a healthy amount of good quality information. I applaud your use of the search bar. And dont forget to eat.

    I've actually just started doing Wendlers 5/3/1. My main goal is for a bigger squat(400+lbs) and deadlift(500+lbs).

    Great work bro. I am almost 5'10 ( 5'9 and 1/2 lol ) and my lifts are almost identical to yours except my bench which is low 200's ( RC issues but starting to push it again ) and this really gives me an idea of of what I can look like if I can drop off quite a bit of body fat ( I was 265 last time I weighed myself ). Keep up the solid work.
