Just seein what I can do with a long pause. No spotter so I didn't want to go too heavy but I think I could hit 300+ for a pause easy in a meet. Critique away...

Nice bench. You look like you lose a little bit of tightness on the pause. If you get that sorted out, I think 3pps is right around the corner.

Nice job man. Yeah, just try and get your air in and hold it throughout the lift and not lose tightness.
it looks like your grip could come out a bit, and yeah, the tightness at the bottom of the rep thing.
