New to the board and thought I give this program a try.
Little about me
Looking to get stronger and lower my weight about 10 pounds.
Will be doing the 3 day a week program.
Day 1 Workout A
Flat Bench 225 - 6X2X2X2
Barbell overhead press 125 - 6X2X2x2
Barbell bentover row 185 - 6X2X2X2
Pulldowns on Cybex 270 - 6X2X2X2
Overhead DB tris 85 - 6X2X2X2
Day 2 Workout B
Squats 205 - 6X2X2X2 I do box squats to a 12" stool
Deads 305 - 6X2X2X2
Calf press 540 - 6X2X2X2
DB curls 50 - 6X2X2X2
Rope pull downs 87.5 - 6X2X2X2 Need to increase the weight on these
So far really like the program. In general doing 4 work up sets prior to the final set.
Everything felt pretty well except bench for some reason.
I also increased my weights in each of the prior 4 sets.
Bench - 225
Barbell press - 135
Barbell row - 195
Pull ups -6
Overhead DB tris - 90
