I've been working out for about a year an a half and Im really getting into PL Right now Im working on bring my weight down to 240lbs and would like to give a meet a try sometime after wards. Ive been thinking about trying out a shirt and seeing how I do with it. I was wondering should I just get one and take it fro there or should I weight till Im at 240lbs then get one. Right now Im at 271lbs with my stats being Bench 365lbs Squat 455lbs Dead 457lbs. Also how do you know when you should start using wrist wraps for your bench?
