    hi cal meals

    looks like yahoo did some work for us and pin pointed some damn high calorie meals

    Red Lobster - Admiral's Feast
    1,506 calories, 93.4g fat, 4,662mg sodium, 101g carbs

    I had an Admiral's Feast a few months ago... then I had to go to the ER b/c I didn't know I developed a shellfish allergy. Maybe it was the sodium not the shrimp?

    Yes, and so does the Crispy Chicken Bowl. Probably a mini-heart attack, but I'm sure it tastes awesome.
