    Two and 1/2 years later?

Ok so I started working out 2 1/2 years ago roughly when I found this site and at the time took a picture in a white polo. Last night after a party my gf took a picture of me in the same photo so I figured I would use it as a comparison picture. I personally think the progress is O.K but I’m like everyone else who's not happy when they look in the mirror so here it goes.

The picture on the left is about 2 and 1/2 years ago, the picture on the right is last night. Ignore the poped collar as I was trying to look like a douche bag for this party.

    it's roughly a 45 lb difference.

THanks man! Only when my budget wouldn't allow me to eat food. I've stayed about the same bf % the entire time, it's been a slow the past couple years.

you look about 6"1' in the first picture, 5"7' in the second hah, thats the only draw back, i'm 5'9" 186, my best friend is 5'9" 145 and he looks a lot taller than me for some reason unless we're next to eachother. Other than that rambling you look 10x better, truly motivational. And it appears you are less hairy on your arms as well??

lol thanks man. i guess having bigger forearms makes it "seem" like there is less hair but I assure you it's all there still.
