Ok so I started working out 2 1/2 years ago roughly when I found this site and at the time took a picture in a white polo. Last night after a party my gf took a picture of me in the same photo so I figured I would use it as a comparison picture. I personally think the progress is O.K but I’m like everyone else who's not happy when they look in the mirror so here it goes.
The picture on the left is about 2 and 1/2 years ago, the picture on the right is last night. Ignore the poped collar as I was trying to look like a douche bag for this party.
it's roughly a 45 lb difference.
