    Pissed about my ****ty deadlift workout using my new wrist wraps i only mustered to pull 565 for my top single. No more wrist wraps for the pull back to convo style. At least its my friday!!!!2 seconds ago Comment LikeUnlike

    3rd 450 missed the lockout

    I took 3rd place big deal. Most lifters had shirts on and the highestb bench of the day was 500lbs. I will be ready for May 23rd USAPL and hit my 450 raw need more lockout work and better dieting.
