    4 slices stuffed meat pizza

    snacks: 2 rice krispy treats, doritos, butter pretzels, ham cold cut slices

    Meal 4
    salad, hush puppies, roll

    Meal 5
    broiled seafood combo w/baked potatoe sc and butter

    note:heavy alochol consumption all week on vacation

    No weights on vacation just abs and cardio this week.

    8/9: bike 35 min crunchesx50

    8/11: 20 min treadmill, 15 min bike

    8/12: 20 min bike, 10 min tread crunchesx70
