    training update taking a week off from all cardio and lifting to get a week oin on my minor triceps tear. Wed i am gonna do legs, cardio and abs, next training day pull abs and cardio.

    Training update: getting a MRI wed to see damage to left tricep at elbow joint. No lifting since date of injury just cardio and abs when i can get in to keep weight at a minimal.
