Progress report Dr update: Doc says I am improving, but still need to gain strength in tricep. Styarting light dumbells in PT in one week!!! Oh boy first time with a weight in over 2 months!!!

Since I am justr doing cardio and trying to lose weight, i am using calorie counter for right now until i can hit the steel again.
I have been back to lifting for a week now. Doing lower body 3/4 full tilt easing into it slow and real light upper body stuff L tri is still very weay need lots of strengthing and volume.

I was going to work out today, but decided not to. One my L elbow is still sore from thearpy and lifting fri and I didnt want to push it. Two I am getting used to overnight shift and I have to watch my son during the day a few days a week so i wanted to get some rest while I had the chance too. I plan to go to the gym Wed for upper body and Fri for squat and pull session.
