    Lunch:
    large ham, roast beef and cheese on rye w chips and pickel, Little Debbie brownie, citrus tea

    supplement for energy AMP

    snackslumb, apple, 3-4 triscuits

    Dinner
    2 lean hot pretzel pockets pockets turkey w bacon and cheese, 32oz Gatorade

    Lunch: 4 dogs (3 in roll), 1 cheeseburger, pickel, mac salad, chips

    Dinner: 2 dogs, dbl chgbr, little debbie brownie

    dessert: fruit salad, pc watermelon

    Breakfast: sausage egg and cheese crossiant,, glass OJ,

    Lunch: 3 pcs KFC fried chicken, 1 pc grilled, mac salad, nestea can

    Dinner: 3 pcs KFC fried chicken, mac salad, 1/4 cont blueberries, AMP, Nestea, Cherry Coke Zero, 2 waters

    4th meal: 2 bahama mamas, nestea, mt dew

    Dinner around 20oz steak, 2 and halfr corn on the cobs, 2 srvgs mac salad

    Progress report Dr update: Doc says I am improving, but still need to gain strength in tricep. Styarting light dumbells in PT in one week!!! Oh boy first time with a weight in over 2 months!!!

    I have been back to lifting for a week now. Doing lower body 3/4 full tilt easing into it slow and real light upper body stuff L tri is still very weay need lots of strengthing and volume.

    I was going to work out today, but decided not to. One my L elbow is still sore from thearpy and lifting fri and I didnt want to push it. Two I am getting used to overnight shift and I have to watch my son during the day a few days a week so i wanted to get some rest while I had the chance too. I plan to go to the gym Wed for upper body and Fri for squat and pull session.
