    Dinner 2: 3 slices meats pizza, 10 wings

    snack: Hersheys bar w almonds

    snack 2: slim jim, 3 pcs prov cheese

    Dinner 3: 4 hot dogs, large chicken breast sammy w blue cheese and hot sauce
    3 helpings rice a roni, 2 srvgs green beans

    2 twisted teas w tequila, 5 buds, glass tequila on the rocks

    Snack: 2 slices meats pizza, hershey w/amonds bar

    18 0z ribeye, loaded baked potatoe

    drinks: 2 buds, tequila on rocks, 2 tall sam adams seasonal pints, 4 whiskey and cokes

    snack 1: peanuts

    Breakfast: proten shake w/milk and creatine

    LUNCH: ring bologna cheese and cracker platter

    Dinner: 3 b and t sandwiches, chips, pickel

    4 buds, 4whiskey and cokes, half pint glass beam

    dessert: 2 pb klondike bars
