    Dinner 2: 2 pepp hot pockets

    Lunch: roast beef sammie, pork sammie, pesto pasta salad, cesars salad

    Dinner: ziti, 2 pork sammies

    dessert: a few mini dessert pcs

    booze: lots of JD and cokes

    Pre wo: NOX

    Post wo: protein shake w/creatine

    bw 342lbs: need to drop lbs cut back on food and booze

    Dinner: salad, 1.5 breaded chicken breasts, cheese rice. 2 ham sandwiches

    dessert: 2 strawberry danishes

    Tried to military left tri wasnt havent it so aftwer warmups had to stop. Kind of a shitty session overall since i was drinking and sleep schedule all jacked up

    Breakfast: 2 bowls frosted flakes, bannana

    Lunch: 2 ham sandwiches, chips, pickels, 2 sklices cheese,lil potatoe salad

    Dinner: 3 slices meats pizza, chessy bread, 3 wings

    10 or so MGDs, beam

    Dinner 2: 3 slices meats pizza, 1 plain, 5 wings, cheesy bread

    snacks: pretzels

    snack: bag popcorn(butter)

    snack 2: personal 4 cheese red baron pizza

    dINNER 2: cheesesteak

    breakfast: pk pop tarts

    Lunch: 3 bbq pork wraps w rice

    snack 3: hershey bar w/amonds(king size), cherries

    Lunch: 3 pcs fried chicken, mac salad

    Lunch 2: pepp, cheese and cracker platter

    Dinner: 2 dogs, 2 sausage sandwiches, corn on cob, chips, pickel, mac salad

    Dinner 2: 2 sausage sandwiches

    booze: variety of icehouse, miller light pints, and twisted teas at least 12-15 total, plus one glass beam

    7/10(at shore no trainng this week need to get back to cardio and really concentrate on diet, cardio, and lifting next week have thimgs to take care of back at home when back from vacation)
