    At OCMD, lots of food, booze and beer. No training. have to come back slow w upper body bc i rode a wave in and my tri that was previously torn, got jammed underneath a wave and is sore but getting better so just have to be careful w it.

    snacks: pretzel fish, 3 mini slim jims

    Appy: cheese, cracker and pepp platter

    Lunch: 2 hard 1 soft taco

    Dinner: 1.5 flank steaks, fries

    booze: 1 pint bud, 4 bud lights, 4 JB and C's

    4th Meal: half flank steak

    snacks: pretzels

    Taking a week or so off from gym tri and knees are achy from previous injuries plus work schedule is changing shifts back and forth the next couple days. will get on a schedule again either last this upcoming week or early the following week of 9/15
