4th meal: chicken parm sammie(frozen)
At OCMD, lots of food, booze and beer. No training. have to come back slow w upper body bc i rode a wave in and my tri that was previously torn, got jammed underneath a wave and is sore but getting better so just have to be careful w it.

Taking a week or so off from gym tri and knees are achy from previous injuries plus work schedule is changing shifts back and forth the next couple days. will get on a schedule again either last this upcoming week or early the following week of 9/15
