    took it weasy on legs today since my L knee has been achy. I plan to progressivly get heavier but no too much as my goal is to drop weight again and get leaner and strengthen my surronding muscle and tendons by the knee.

    back to diet and gym schedule. Ate and drank booze like a fat pig again over the weekend. Didnt get to stick to the plan much last week due to sandy and my SUV getting swiped. Head wasnt in it back to work this week.
