    Note: Have alot going on this week family sick, dog is not doing so good. Been eating and drinking like total ass still. Need to drop weight and rehab knee and get back on a routine.

    Ya Joey thats the plan trying to get back on track in the gym and basically strengthen stabilizers and do some volume bf i jump back into 3 plates plus again benching.
