Meal 2: 2 pks Ramen noodles, 2 chicken egg rolls
snacK couple pcs ham and roast beef, cheese
Note on my 3 day weekend got it in food and booze wise. back on night shift as well. gotta keep up the cardio and try and eat healthier somewhat so by the new year i can really bear down.
