    Meal 2: pulled pork hoagie, chips

    snack : tastycake pie choc and vanilla

    Meal 3: 3 grilled ham and turkey sammies, pickel, mac salad, chips

    snack: pretzels

    Meal 4: 5 tacos

    bourbon and yuengs x alot

    taking off this whole week still have the flu symptoms. Feeling a little better but not 100 %. Gonna shoot for Sat or just wait till Mon

    Meal 3: 4 hot dogs, pickel, chips, mac salad

    Meal 4: 16 wings, 3-4 mozz stix

    Meal 1: greek yogurt, orange, granola bar

    Meal 2: sausage egg and cheese crossiant, 2 choc cupcakes

    Meal 3: 22oz porterhouse, salad, baked potatoe, 12-14 2wings, 2 pcs bread

    booze: 2 oiler cans fosters, white russian, yueng prems, jack and cokes, 3 miller lights, 3 shots jack honey, 3 shots buff trace

    Meal 1: 2 swausage egg and cheese crossiants

    Meal 2: 4 slices pepp pizza

    Meal 3: slice pizza, 2 tuna on club rolls, chips

    had another panic attack today went to dr had ekg all normal, said just stress and anxiety causing heart pains(shooting). Back to gym and work tom. The gym is my outlet. need to cut back on the booze as well and sit down and figure out a better nutrition plan as well

    snacks: pretzel stix, 4 yueng lights
