Posts: 80 I need to really start getting my back stronger for pulling> I have been in this low 6oo range for a while know. I think my brute strength will only take me so far until i actually have to push myself harder in the gym. I feel like I am just avg strong in the pull esp for a SHW. Granted my knees dont lock out fully and my deads most likely would not count in a sanctioned meet, but i just like pulling heavy weight knowing i still hjave got it in me. It is time to be in the 660-700ish range here and i have to do something. So i am going to go to the old school Coan/Phillipi routinie which is brutal. I have tried it many times b/f and never finished it. I feel my back needs alot of conditioning to get me where a big boy like me should be. I am also gonna start squatting med heavy as well like 405-455ish for right know until i can rep that for like 5-6 reps for a few sets then maybe up i to 500 in the summer we shall see how the legs hold up. As for the bench i will keep at it as i have a decent raw bench. I have my meet April 25th I am doing raw dog so we shall see. stay tuned raw bench w/pauses tom. any suggestions do post. I also need more clean protein and not as much sleep i oversleep i believe. I just ended a 7 day stretch at the prison I am beat so i wil talk to you iron monsters later.
