    Meal 1
    poppy bagel w/butter
    bannana, small glass OJ

    Meal 2
    seafood salad hoagie
    pickel, chips

    snacks: 3 oreos, small bannana icing tastycake, few chugs milk,4 slices or so of lebanon bologna
    Meal 3
    big pc haddock w/butter and garlic
    fries and slaw
