Thanks Justin. Leaving on a miss blows bad, but ill get it figured out. As far as squatting, we are rotating straight weight, bands, then chains. Straight was 3 reps@75%, then next I believe is 2reps@85%. 5 sets. And so on. Bands this week. I have to check with Tim or Tone how the whole cycle is laid out. I just show up and they give me the percentages lol.
**Just got the spreadsheet from Tim. Heres what the cycle looks like up to the meet:
    wk14-Bands - 8x2 @ 75%
    13-Chains - 4x3 @ 90%
    12-Reps - 5x3 @ 80%
    11-Bands - 8x2 @ 75%
    10-Chains - 3x2 @ 95%
    9-reps - 4x3 @ 85%
8-Down - No briefs light box squats w/ Blue Band
    7-2 Heavy Singles @ 100% (Rev band 110%?)
    6-Bands - 8x2 @ 70%
    5-chains - 4x1 @ 100%
    4-Reps - 3x2 @ 90%
    3-Bands - 6x2 @ 70%
    2-OPENER
    1-off
Looks good BC. Awesome when you are all following the same program. You didnt know that was me first time round because I changed my name again. Thanks for putting this up. I am running the Rich T Baggins squat cycle from the 531 for PL because of its simplicity. Basically just 6 sets of doubles every week with waving percentages. There is a circa max variation but I will do this one first. Well done again on your meet. Awesome total.

Thanks a lot for stopping in! That was the first I competed at 220. I just didnt feel like cutting..too lazy haha. I have plenty of time to get where I need to be for a cut to 198s. Right now, im projecting to hit 800 550 600 in a perfect world of course lol, but thats what im aiming for. Thanks again!

    7/28 DE Upper

    Speed bench w/ Doubled minis
    135+B x3
    185+B x3 x3 thumb off smooth
    185+B x3 x3 pinky on ring
    185+B x3 x3 index on ring

    HS Iso Row
    1 arm
    3PPS x50 x1 each side

    BB Shrugs
    straps
    405x30

    Rope Pressdowns
    150x12 x3

    Straight arm pressdowns
    125x30

Upper body is feeling pretty beat up. Wrists and elbows have been pretty sore, so I didnt do any pressing after speed bench to give them a break. A lot of heavy, high rep pulling stuff felt really good. The set of 50 rows were killer. Blew the back up pretty good.

That looks plenty. What briefs are you in? I ordered a jack suit and jack briefs during the week. They might be here for next Fridays session. Fingers crossed.

    Strong band squats!!

Youll be squatting 700 + blues in no time at this rate which will be awesome to see!!

Have you used canvas before? Mine is loose enough to slide on pretty easy over briefs (can pull in it) but takes 30 mins to take off......a lot of hard work to get off.

Will last forever though which is cool.

My fear of converting to gear is going to be this...I get in to a shirt or briefs, train, then after my lifts, become unable to get out of said gear, and am forced to live in it forever. I know, unwaranted, but still a fear I cower behind like an infant.
Doing some great work in here Brian.

LOL thats pretty funny Mark! Poly gear isnt too bad to get out of. I get out of it myself no problem. Canvas is a little different. You definately will need help getting out of a canvas suit. Or if you go single ply, thats nothing to get in and out of. Thanks for the compliment too bro.

I once could not get my briefs off after 15 min and needed to piss so I stood in the shower and pissed in them, pretty funny and my GF caught me too and still tells the story.

That's the best thing ever right there Nick. Haha. I could just see myself going to the store wearing briefs cuz I couldn't get them off, I could just buy a bigger size pant to go over the briefs, look like an adult diaper.
