    The Southside program was Tone approved then?

    VERY impressive raw bench work Brian. I would have been happy with the 365 for a single nevermind the chains.

    Now's the time to see what you need to do going forward. Fair play BC. Doinitrite from the get go. Its all going to pay off in November.

    Rotating weeks with dead presses and speed bench to work on explosiveness off chest. Couldnt get it lower then 2 inches off chest because of shitty power racks. Ill figure something out next time to get it chest level. My right wrist is jacked up, so I didnt go any heavier. 275 moved pretty fast.

    Nice work B. Keep those chest presses to singles or doubles. No sense doing 5's as you're ONLY looking for speed and power off the chest. I'd rather see 10x1 or 5x2 than 4x5. The only goal there is to really feel the lats pushing into the bar and powering the weight up. Ice the shit out of the wrist. If you can, immerse it in a bowl of ice water. That works best. Go easy on the BB presses as your wrist is already jacked and you're pressing 2 times a week already, adding that in makes 3. Love the shoulder work. Talk more on Saturday. Overall a nice day bro. You're getting strong as balls.

    Thanks Bri. Singles/doubles it is. Hopefully they help. CGs are what really got my bench back on track. Adding them in on acc day really worked for me. Skipped them this week though because of the wrist soreness.
