    Squats are looking good. I love using the ssb. Takes a couple times to get used to though.

    Long day and only ate 1 meal today, so didnt feel up to shirting up. Felt good once I got going, but the last set of 345 was a real grinder, just wore out.

    nice lower accesorry, reps on deadlift will tire you out quickly! good session though, more of those and they will pay off im sure

    Thanks Nick. No, he didnt look too bad, but like you said it was the Browns. The O line is a big worry. Allowing that much pressure on Vick, he wont last 3 games. And Matthews against a real running game is still a concern. The blueprint on how to beat the birds has been written and everyone knows it now.

    Great job B c. Once Tone and U fixed form U looked hundred times better. It's those tiny adjustments that make the biggest differences. U definetly had 2 on last set. nice job on pulls, sorry I had to leave so quickly. good luck with Irene!
