    10/1 Squat

    145x5
    briefs
    235x5
    325x3
    415x3
    505x2
    canvas bottoms/no briefs
    595x2
    645x1
    645x0x2
    suit off/briefs on
    415x5
    415x5
    505x3

    Worst day squatting in a while. On top of that I blew out the canvas up the left ass cheek and seam. I kept shooting forward at the hips coming out of the hole. So after throwing a fit, I put the briefs back on, tweaked my form, and feel I have it dialed, even though it was with just 505. Canvas is going back, and Ill have to deal with the Boss for this meet. Just totally frustrated right now.

    We ALL have those off days where everything is out of whack but you will bounce back as good as anyone!!

    Thanks guys. Im not too frustrated about my squat, but moreso with the canvas. just my luck the dam thing blows out with only 5 reps in the thing. Hopefully the Boss pulls through for me. Ill post a pic of it later.

    Yeah Bri. Called Inzer and they will send out a new suit. 2 more heavy days left, so Im going to boil up the Boss and figure out where my opener will be. Right now, Im feeling 705,735, 760 unless I prove otherwise in these 2 sessions. Just not sure about 800 this go around, but will see.

    Yup, not a good track record for Leviathans this month lol. Ill have my squat ready so im not worried. I just need to make this suit work. Im definately a meet day lifter, so I expect everything to fall into place

    Quick day. Was working and had my partner drop me off for an hour to get something in.

    455x3 2brd
    495x2 2brd
    515x1 chest
    515x0 aborted on the way down. Wrist got cocked back.

    That was it. 515 should be about my opener. A little wobbly tonight but was rushing through it. Accesory work later in the week.
