    You were too much for it Brian! How did you like it before that happened in what few reps you got? Hard to even say i suppose.

    That was a great wee bench session you squeezed in. Damn good. At least you know you can just go in a throw 515+ any day of the week. Any opener ideas yet?

    Crazy huh? I couldnt get the suit on over briefs at all. tried hanging in it and it wouldnt budge. So I just went with the suit only to try and break it in. It felt good, but was hard to judge as I heard ripping on the first rep. Im going to get them to open the hips a bit to make it easier to get it on with briefs.
    As for openers, im not really sure about my squat until after this week. Im going to boil the Boss and briefs and see how that does. Hopefully I can squeeze enough life out of it to hit some good numbers. As of now I may open around 705 unless things change. Bench im looking at opening at 515, and pull is probably going to be a gametime decision depending on how everything else goes towards an Elite title, but maybe around 525 or so.

    Crazy thick. Just hope to get a proper suit this time. My openers so far are a 10lb pr over my last total, so hopefully big things to come

    Very good day today. New(old) stance is working great and everything is moving fast. A few small form issues getting used to it again, but all is good now. Suit feels like it has enough life to get me through this meet too. Pull still sucks lol. 6 inch blocks suck.

    How do you boil your gear? For how long?
    Squat briefs only 625 @ 210

    Thanks pal. Im starting to feel better about the meet again. I got a big old pot to fit the suit in. You just boil water then add a little woolite to help keep the elasticity of the fabric. A good boil is about 15 minutes. Brings the suit back to its original size/fit, temporarily.
