    Got a touch in the ace with just 506. Theres a vid in my log. Only took 6 weeks :/

    Feeling pretty good. Squat and bench feel good. Pull is where it is I guess. All 3 cant be feeling good at once lol.

    Saw the vid. Awesome job getting it down! Its gonna be a good month for all of us around here!

    10/15 Squat

    Worked up to 595x1 in briefs and felt great.
    Suit bottoms on and felt like crap.
    Missed everything over 7, just fighting a bunch of form crap. I was squatting really wide again, but thats turning out to be not good. Feet pointed out too much and getting wobbly and not sitting back enough. A lot of good advice today, and ill get it worked out next week.
