And of course, doing some GHR, Reverse hypers, barbell hip thrusters, and different types of GM's.
Thanks for the advice Brian. Going to focus on a lot of theses moves. Im thinking about doing more raw RE work for awhile, or even 531 again and given the cns a break.

Hip thrusters, GHR, and Glute bridges get my vote. I may be a noob, but I have seen a big difference in my squat/ DL power after incorporating these into my program.

Nice work on the floor presses. The Eagles looked decent last night with Young in there. The defense looked solid and finally didn't collapse. The LB's played well, Nnamdi still looks a little lost playing all over the field. This is a season they really needed to have a leader like Dawkins. Hopefully they run the table and get the 6th seed, they have done it before.

Just youtubed these. Interesting. Would you recommend them? I've been looking to change up my tricep exercise selection.

Thanks Nick. Not a bad showing for the birds, but watching Young in the back is so fricking nerve racking. Solid day for the D. They finally looked like they were all on the same page. Nhamdi is having a hard time jelling in the back. I hate that they bring him in and expect him to change his style of game. If he can bring it together, he can emerge as a great leader for this D. And Vick is looking like the old Vick of Atlanta. Too fast to run before the pocket collapses. He needs to get back to where he was last year and be more patient in looking to find his targets. Tough outing this week against the Pats. Do or die

Im finding that the grip and rip style is best for me with conv pulls. My hips and shoulders are in good position and all pulls were jokingly fast. Not sure how that technique will be for heavy pulling.

    Hey Brian,

Did you get my Facebook PM? it looks like it may be stuck in limbo or something?
it's there at my side but the timer just spins on it like it's stuck.

Training is looking really solid B.
This is the true joy in life, the being used for a purpose recognized by yourself as a mighty one; the being thoroughly worn out before you are thrown on the scrap heap; the being a force of Nature instead of a feverish selfish little clod of ailments and grievances complaining that the world will not devote itself to making you happy - George Bernard Shaw
