    Deload eh?

600 for a triple in briefs is rock solid squattin' and in your stocking soles too, lol. Kilt that session Brian. You're one of these f*ckers that reps out on the GHR...always impressive.

Thanks Bri! Tone hit his opener of 520, and missed 555 twice. Said it moved fast off the chest, but died quickly around 4 board height.

Personally speaking, yes. Not a piece of equipment that you can just climb on and bust out reps. Takes a bit of time to build up. V hard exercise.

I saw the video of Tone's 520 and it was crazy how fast and easy it looked. Bummer he missed 555 twice.

It took me awhile to get my strength up on the GHR. But I'm actually pretty good at them now. The one we have at our gym is pretty cheap. I think i'll save up and buy a good one with better padding.

It was a real nice press. He'll be hitting the 555 real soon no problem with a little top end work.
Love GHRs, but they bothered my right GH tie in for some time. Felt good last week, but bothered it again this week. Ill have to take it slow with them.

    2x20

A little disappointed with tonight, but the weight felt light. My left arm got tighter in the shirt, and totally cut off circulation. To the point where I couldnt feel or open my hand at all. It got pretty painful, so I pulled the shirt off. Didnt feel like putting it back on, so thats was it. The plan was to work up to 615x2. Ill stretch the sleeve this week and go at it again next Monday.

Bummer to hear about the shirt, but you still were able to handle some heavy weight. Smart move by stopping and saving it for next time.

I never knew shirts could be that tight (i havent used gear before or actually ever seen it). Good thinking on stopping before your arm fell off.

Get a football in the arm of that shirt. You need to get more work in. We need to start getting near 600 in your hands. You've got a huge fu(king total coming this year.
