The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

Great work today Brian! I'll try to get the videos up.
You are working things right now one change at a time but listen to guys.
With the pulls you are working them and that is good slow and steady and they will come up.
    Good Luck!

Brian, youre takin names man. Dunno what it is but your pull could be becoming more of a mind thing. You must, be good for a 550-600 pull. What is your conventional like? Bench and squat are unreal.

Saw that shot posted by Steve P. Guy with the 900+lbs squat for a double? Unreal. Looks like you're in great company.

Thanks Justin. Felt really good today. The pulls will be there when I need them, im sure of it. It is a head fucking thing right now, but Ill get it fixed. I definately need some speed work. Im slow as hell right now. That should help a lot.
That pic is of Jesse Denton. 920 for 2 off a box. He was in the zone and just kept going. It was awesome to watch. We definately have a great crew coming together. 10 of us now squatting together now, crazy.

I said what I had to via text. As for the pull, the minute you stop worrying about it is when you'll make progress again. Your squat and bench are moving up big time, the dead has to suffer. The entire sport is a giant see-saw. You were very impressive today.

MASSIVE squats BC!! Amazing actually!! Did you use wraps?

Please try pulling against plenty of band tension......it combines strength and speed so you do not miss either training effect each time you do them.......hard to beat.

    Solid raw benching BC.

I have come up with a plan for your deadlift. It goes like this:

    A REALLY BIG FUCKING SLAP.....

Then you go and pull 600.

Any vids of Saturday's squats yet bud?

Thats the plan B. Im in the process of changing gyms and getting to one that has what I need. No commercial bullshit. And decent pullers there too to get some pointers from.
