    Honestly Im not even sure Bri. Its been a while since I tested it. I base my training on a lower number usually, but I would say around 360ish. It was higher, but time off of heavy benching brought it down. Not sweating it though, itll be back at this rate.

    11/25 Squats

    Not much time today. Wife picked up some extra hours at work tonight, so that killed my plan on pulling with the crew tonite in Jersey. I got done work and literally ran to the gym just to get some squats in.

    Good workout. I never did oly squats before, so I really concentrated on form instead of maxing the weight. I think it was pretty good considering it being my first time. Im going to add them to my squat rotation. Pulls zapped me pretty good. Legs are cooked.

    Nice squatting man. I really like the olympic style squats, the quad work will help your deadlift off the floor.

    Thanks bro! Solo really sucks sometimes but just got to stay positive in training. I really need to get some squat/pulling time with the crew and fix any issues. I cant wait to hear of some big numbers from Dave this week. Im bumbed Im not going to be able to make it but I have some important family issues to attend to.
