    Needed a little help on the 355 set(thanks Josh). Next time around ill hit it clean. Wanted to head to Iron Sport today with the crew, but my whole family was laid up with high fevers(except me) and totally helpless. So I had to call out of work to take care of everyone. I was able to sneak out for a quick bench session, and had to get back. Feels like forever since I trained with them. I have a wedding this Saturday, but im hoping to be able to get down and squat with them first. Life is tough sometimes..

    Damn some high rep shrugs back there!! Training is looking good. I love conventional deadlifts. Should probably try sumo but never really felt it. Do what works for you Brian, but training both ways can't hurt

    Thanks buddy. Yeah ill continue to train both and see how it goes. Will see when I get some real weight in my hands conv to see how the back feels.

    Just an update. Training took a back seat this week. My wife came down with a nasty virus and has been in and out of the hospital since Sunday. She's ok, just has to weather this thing. They say it lasts 10-12 days. So I'm playing full time Mom along with going to work. Tomm morning I'll be able to squat/pull early in the morning since my kids have no sports or anything. Hopefully back on track soon.

    Too bad about wifey, that two week strain is the worst there is...it could take up to a month to get back to full capacity based on past experience. Speaks volumes you plan on stepping up to the plate tomorrow regardless.

    nice job brian, 405 x 12 is no joke haha, i did some higher rep stuff the other week and it kicked my ass, was the first time in probably a year and a half i have been over 5 reps with a squat! hope your family are all okay now and your circumstances are improving!
