    Thanks Hayden. A few adjustments and ill be good. I didnt want to hit anything too heavy yet as the back was a little tender feeling.

    First time putting the briefs on since the meet. 3 reps at 600 was only going for 1 set, so dropped to 2 for the next 2.

    Got to train with the crew today which was great. Its been a while since i been able to. Things are a little tough for us right now as the crew is going through a bunch of injuries among other things. Strength was a little down today, mostly due to the diet, but i was due for a down day, so no big deal. Morning BW is 209. Almost to my goal of 203.
