The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Its no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

    A little update:
Back from vaca and weathered the storm of the past month. It has been very trying training wise, but I did what I could when I could and just kindve had it on cruise control raw with no real direction. Diet wise, im still carb backloading and doing really well. I got down to about 207, which was a lot of water also, and now leveled out to about 211. The past week on vaca, I stayed carb free all day until 6pm, then added carbs. Training was very minimal, but I was fine with a little break. Im ready now to really turn it on and get ready for the next meet. Tomorrow Ill be back with the crew benching. Its been too long.

Well whichever way you go, I have no doubts that you'll do work! Bench only at IS would be fun... and obviously Christmas Carnage... the name alone sounds like some badasses. Glad to hear your backloading is still going well. It's tough to stay on track that well during vacay, but it looks like you stuck to it!

Heavy and 80% rep work might be pushing it, but you'll know for sure real quick. I believe I will do that meet on December 1st as well. Are you coming to Lancaster next Saturday with Tone doing the LMS?

    235x3

    briefs
    415x2
    canvas bottoms

    straps up
    685x1

    Pulldown abs
    2x15

First day back in full gear, and first day in new canvas. Im very happy with how it went, even though the last 2 sets were slow. But my briefs are about useless anymore between weight loss and wear, so pretty much muscled the weight up. I can get below depth with no resistance by just squatting down. So ill be saving to grab a pair of preds. 850-900@198 is in the cards for sure
