    Yeah crazy, 11. We were talking about splitting up into 2 shifts. Its just too long of a day to get anything else in. For me, Im either working or have to go to work right after, so 3 hours is a long time with nothing else.

    Missed a lot

    Saw the pic of the full squat crew. Huge crowd but you all looked happy.

    Supposed to pull today, but my lower back was really bothering me. I pulled 135 and felt it, so decided to scrap it and do some rehab work.

    Its an old thing. My lower spine is straight, plus old injuries really takes a toll once in a while. Arching has been killing me lately, so im trying to shift to a flat footed setup.

    I have to bench flat footed because of my knee surgery. I can't really get leg drive like I use to, which sucks. I did start benching with my Olympic shoes, but I really haven't learned how to use them while benching.

    Its going to take some getting used to trying to keep my butt down. I played around today with different setups on the speed benching. I did find a set up thats about between being flatfooted and pinned back that wasnt too bad. Time will tell.

    Nice solid raw work I think I maybe hit some squats raw for a while and jumped back into gear to fast for squats, I need more of a raw base. Your squats always look solid, let me know if you wanna bench tomorrow depending on work schedule.
