    Thanks K. Knee feels a lot better today, so will see later with pulling. Meet is Dec 1st so a little ways yet, but goals look to be around 850 600 600. Not sure what weight yet. Either 198 or 220

    Today was a day to get form down right with a lighter weight. All sets moved quick, and form seems to be dialed in. Didnt really get much more by adding briefs with the suit, so i may just try the suit next time.

    Elbows sore, so kept weight light and fast and did double sets for 6. Something different. Low on energy today. On a good note, knee feels almost 100%. Crew is squatting tomorrow night instead of Saturday.

    Crew trained on Friday night because we have a 5k walk benefit for one of our guys daughters Saturday morning. Tight on time, so skipped a drawn out warmuo and got right to it. Everything felt light and fast. The last set the bar rolled on the first rep and i couldnt get my back arched and tight so called it. Make up the accessories later

    Huge band squats BC!!

    Looking really good for a long time now!!

    The sumo suit straps should be tight enough that you can just get your first hands finger tips on the bar......pull that hand in then get the second hand on the bar and boom pull straight away and throw head back at same time.
    Some people get fully set with head back before they pull but I think that is inferior.
    Squat briefs only 625 @ 210
    Bench geared 525 @ 210
    Deadlift geared 650 @ 220

    Trained at other gym today. Good day and everything was fast. Had doubts of touching this light, but managed to on the second rep. First was about an inch high. I used a wide grip on both raw and shirted sets(index on ring) and it felt really good. Form was a lot better then last weeks mess.
