    Heaviest day of the cycle and a 10# PR. Very happy with it. I tried out a pair of Jack briefs today and really liked them. Wrapped myself so wasnt the tightest wrap, but the 815 moved pretty good. Wasnt really fast, but a good steady squat.

    Felt really good today and took a run again at 605, but didnt happen again. No excuses, but my back slipped on the bench a little and I flattened out in the shoulders. I guess ill save it for the meet. Regardless, I feel confident going in to this. Heres the 605 miss:

    Getting close bro! Be interesting to see how you go on the day, bit more adrenaline an it can't be far off. Wouldn't that towel make you slip more on the bench? Thought the skin itself would stick quite nicely to the bench?

    Ahhhh its killing me haha. So damn close. The benches need to be reupolstered. Theyre too slick, so a sweaty back slides too much. Using the towel actually helped stay in place, but this time I slid a little. Enough to flatten me out and killing my tightness. I know I have it, so ill probably go 575 opener then take a run at it on my 2nd.

    That's something you might want to consider. It works pretty good, just spray it on the bench and your back, then let it get tacky before you lay down. I still use it from time to time.

    We use stickum A LOT! 2 of our guys had a prob with ass lifting slightly so they even sprayed it on their ass which pulled the singlet down just enough incase it lifted.

    Brian you are killing PRs all over the place. Impressive as hell numbers too. I honestly cannot wait to see you crush the numbers you are truly capable of and deserve in two weeks.

    You like the jack briefs? Funny, I have just gone back to mine. I wore predators for last comp and prep and I cannot use them at all. Pity it took me too long to realise. Such a difference. Maybe the jacks are more forgiving. I dont know. Im sure they certainly pack out your canvas if its already tight lol.
