    Thanks T. Its all coming together and paying off. The team will be on the map this year for sure. And I agree, we need to get the whole team off the holiday hangover and back into the right mindset. Really start to hammer the small shit.

    100 reps total

    I changed up the squat routine and went more with the actual cube rep scheme. It called for 1x8@75%. So I did 2 sets instead. I also dropped my max numbers and used 95% as recomended. Also called for lunges today. Fuck lunges. Ill chalk up the extra set and be done with it. Good day as the 600 felt light as hell and moved fast.

    ** Skipped the bodybuilding day yesterday. I drove out to meet Gene Rychlak about rescuing a pitbull. Was like a 3 hour ride each way. I was spent by the time I got home. Ill do some work at home tomorrow.

    Thanks guys. I brought my other dog and they got along, but it was a little rough as I was under the impression that Genes dog was more docile and submissive, but he was actually the opposite. He was extremely aggressive in that he wanted to play nonstop and my dog was like FCK THAT lol. So it would be a lot to train him, but he is awesome. The dog has until Jan 31st at his home now, so I told Gene to try and find a good place still, but if he runs out of time ill take him.

    This end of week has been tough training wise due to a heavy work schedule. I missed bodybuild and squat day this week and didnt have anytime to get it in afterwards due to gyms hours. Its squat speed week so im really no concerned. The bodybuilding shit I can do whenever.
