    (Holding 5lb plate in each hand)
    100 nonstop reps

    Never maxed out raw on a 3 brd, so I guess its my best. Shoulders were beat up after pressing, so we kept the DB shoulder work really light to give them a break. The lateral raises were a fucking bitch. Arms were totally dead after those. Good day overall for the crew.

    We skipped the OH work as well. We did front raises the same way we did the laterals last week. 5lbs for 100 reps. Much easier with the front delts. Next time I'll use the 10lb. Guys were amazed when I told them what you hit today. Pushed most of us, including me. Nice job brother!

    My SDP arrived last week so I am getting a go in it tonight. I will try and get some video and post it up later. The shirt looks about the size of a fucking keyring. Doesnt look like it would fit my five year old never mind me.

    Awesome news the sdp is in! Cant wait to see how u like it. I still wear a size 48. The first few times i used it, I only had 305 on the bar with a pretty close grip. Tight as hell too. It breaks in fast though. Best of luck with it bud.

    Not pleased with today. Up to 495 everything was fast and easy. 575 just moved crappy. A little trouble with my left hip at lockout. This was 95%, so I decided to hit it twice more instead of goin up to 102.5%(620). I know it wouldnt have gone today. I know I should be pulling at least mid 6's easy, but its just not my lift.
