    I need to pay more attention to my weakness on the pull. My lockout. I think I may benefit more from midshin rack pulls and full gear speedwork sessions. Im going to keep most of the accessory stuff the same, but change up the main lifts.

    Have you thought about doing rack/block pulls on the heavy and rep days? Then pull from the floor with full gear on the speed week? Just a thought.

    Yeah thats exactly what I was thinking about doing. I rhink thats what I need to really get things moving. Full gear on speed day will give me the practice of getting to the bar in gear. It should be the perfect combo.

    530x3 slow and unsteady hunting for the box, so dropped box

    After squats, my whole posterior chain felt like mush. Just an overwhelming weak feeling. Dropped most of the prescribed acc work and headed home for some rest. No big deal, cns is just a little fried.

    Lmao well my biggest secret to eating is to be drunk haha. Ill just keep eating! I actually ate a whoe steak right before the hot dod challenge! Lol
