    Felt fukin great to be back under the bar. All healed and ready to go. Bench felt great. Couldve gotten another rep or 2 on the 275, but cut it at 8 as to leave a little in the tank as Wendler recommends. Pimped out a little hypertrophy accessory work and called it a day.

    Haha thanks bud. Right now im basing my lifts on 510/360/495, and 210 for OHPs. Might need some adjusting in there though as I go. Id like to try for around 550/385/525 ans 225ish in 6 months. Ill get a better feel for how realistic they are I guess in a few cycles.

    01/05 5/3/1 Squat Cycle 1 week 1

    Wide Stance

    Ham Curls
    3 sets of 12

    Back Extension Machine
    2 sets of 12

    Really really busy today with Daddy responsibilities taken kids to different activities. Found 45 minute in between to run to the gym and get in my squats and a couple sets of accessories. Finished squatting in like 20 minutes....thats some kind of PR for me Wanted to hit some weighted 45' hypes, but someone was doing a million variations of side bends on the dam thing so I tried tried out this gay ass back extension machine. Now I know why I never used it. put the pin in the bottom of the stack(300) and pumped out reps. Not sure how effective it is, but the back got some work. Make up later in the week for it.

    Ah "the itch"....Gotta love it. That's when you find any spare bit of time to "sneak" a session in there....I do that s*** all the time! My buddy was in town from NC last week staying at my house, and I kinda felt bad ditching him to go to the gym sometimes. Well, I went to go get a haircut one of the days, and my gym is right down the street from where I get my haircut...I snuck a session in there. Good stuff!

    Ghey ass back extension machines are ghey. I did full stack, 15 reps and......NOTHING. Seat belt and all that crap? I thought I must have been cheating or something.

    Thanks guys for the comments. Number 10 was a good grinder... Haha yeah that back extension machine was so bad. 5 minutes of my life I can't ever get back haha.

    Thanks Sam. Ill be back benching soon. Between the Holidays, a week off, and a busy schedule of daddy responsibilities, I gotta train when I can. hope you guys don't think I abandoned ya.     Hahaha,thanks a lot Kiaran. Yeah im definately competing, but it will most likely be geared. I wanted to give raw a go on Jan 30, but after I started training squats/DLs my old injuries started acting up again(torn groin). So, I dont think i'll be able to do it. When I squat and DL, I wear powerpants for a little support in the hip/groin area. It gives them just enough with really no carryover, so its almost like raw.
