    Nutirion has been horrible and the lack of training caught up to me a little, but I still went for a max pr on the floor. 1st attempt locked the left side but missed the right. Second time I got my right shoulder loose and missed off chest. Oh well. But still got a 405 rep pr so thats cool. I can now start to sqt and pull again, but slowly ease into it. I got my diet back in order so I should be back to normal in no time.

    2brd is my problem spot in the press so I wanted to do some work with that board. Its right at the transition point where I get stuck(like most). 655 moved pretty fast and I thought 700 would go. The first attempt I couldnt grip the bar with my last 2 fingers correctly probably from being too tightly wrapped on the tendon. I had my spotters take the bar before i touched the board because ut felt like the bar was going to alip out of my hand. The second felt good and came diwn nice, but just died off the board. Im not worrying about it too much. With the pop off the chest I think I may be able to power through it. Will see.

    Ive started Carb Nite and today im on Day 7 of no carbs. Its first an initial 10 days, then one day a week you have carbs. So far down 11 lbs from my bloat after my vacation trip to Florida. Id loke to get to 210, then switch to Carb Backloading. Looking to hit 198s.

    Crew started with the new Jersey Iron Template today which was speed squatting. I had no plans so just followed along. Everything moved fast. Took it easy and did speed pulls to see how the groin felt. No pain and again very easy.
    Tones new Template is pretty awesome and im excited to start it after the May meet. It blows the Cube out of the water.
