    Im still following the geared bench cube template for the Bench meet on May 18th, but done with everything else. The new template is a combination of our original JI template and the Cube. Things we thought would benefit each other from both templates. Im sure Tone would be glad to let you in on it.

    Thanks Bri! The meet is May 18th. If im able to make the cut to 198, then ill open at 650 to get the pro title in the book, then go 675 and hopefully a shot at 700. If I go 220, then ill open at 675 for a 25lb pr and hopefully get 2 shots at 700 there.

    This is going to be another bench only. It was supposed to be full, but Im not cleared by my doc yet to wear gear. The plug in my femural artery isnt fully healed yet and im not taking the chance of something happening with it. After this meet, i should be back 100% and will start on Tone's new template and train for the Arnold qualifiers.

    Decided to see where my raw squat was sitting. This is my first real heavy squats since I was in the hospital, and I put up a huge PR, so Im very happy about hat. It was a little high(a premature call), but with a little better speed on the decent, it will no problem. There was vid from the other side too that shows it deeper then this looks. Stupid shorts line. Ill take it as a gym pr.

    Thanks guys. I was trying to post the other vid that showed a better look at it but i cant get it figured out. Ah whatever. Only a gym lift. 3 weeks out from Bench meet and I think im just going to go in and weigh in at what I am and go 220s. Im leaning out a lot on Carb Nite, but the scale isnt moving as much as I need. Ill just stay on course to weigh in at 198s for the full meet in Sept.

    Brian, I have just looked through the last few pages of training and my mind is just blown. Youre fucking killing it and I'm totally inspired.

    Thanks Justin! Im out for blood this year for sure. Had a little setback with sq/dl training, but im confident once I get back in gear ill be fine. Looking to go 198s in the next full meet and hit the top of the pack. At least a 2100
