    Yeah i had a hard time figuring out how to get them in myself. July 27 is the only meet i can do to get ro the semis. And its the week after our family vacation, so that should be interesting lol.

    That's all I had time for. Wife had to get to work and I had to take care of the kids. Wanted to at least pull. This was the first time pulling heavy in over 2 months, so it wasn't the best pulling. Felt a little heavy on the top sets. Need to make some adjustments with form and I should be good.

    I always have trouble benching on the benches at Iron Sport and after the shirt benches we figured out what the problem is. (Shitty benches to begin with). Hopefully next shirt day I can actually handle the weight I should be. This is an easy weight for me and it moves like its a ton..
