    Inclines were about 3 inches off chest. Just too much on shoulders any lower. I got into a friends shirt to help him stretch it out a little. Simple work, but basically some tricep work for me.

    Took it easy on squats today. Still did the beltless rack pulls to help the lower back strength. Me and a teammate went one after another on speed pulls. Like frickin cardio, but all were very fast. Good day overall. Next week ill take my squat opener. BW 208~210

    Ok, not exactly taking it easy, but I felt good. So i worked up a little. Ripped a damn callous, so i duct taped it and did one more set. Happy with the work. I think im going to open very conservative, like 550 and secure a pro title and a 2k+. Then ill go 600, 625. 3 1/2 weeks out and BW is right on point @ 209.
