    Awesome meet! 10x bw is pretty sick! I was there (198 SP) but didn't know if anyone from this board would be there. It was my first time competing in RPS and was a great experience!

    Haha i like the sounds of the new title!!

    We always rave about Genes benches. They are absolutely the best benches ive ever used. Height and pad thickness are perfect. Normally going into a meet, if my bench wasnt on point, id know that everything would come together meet day because of it. (Except for this last one lol).

    Good day. Worked up to a pretty easy 3 rep. Taking it a little easy post meet still. 9 members of our team compete next week, and after that we all were supposed to start our new raw template. But I think im going to add some gear days also instead of all raw work. Might have an Overkill shirt coming, and i want to have all my gear tightened up and start hitting the numbers I should be. Next meet looks like december, and the plan is 2100+ @198. It very doable for me with good fitting gear and the lessons learned with the weight cut. Looking forward to it.

    Decided to jump into the shirt and get some weight in the hands. Even though the shirt is big, I can still get some moderate weight up off boards. Ill be sending the shirt out soon to get the chest plate taken in about an inch and the seams all tightened up. Should be pretty sick after that. Also thinking about giving an Overkill that was offfered to me a go. These shirts seem badass and would love to see what theyre about.

    Day started off good. Definately a beltless PR. Unracking the 2nd 270 gM set, I felt a pop in my right middle back then pain. Just seems like a pulled muscle. Its nice having your Chiro next door to the gym. Thanks Dr J!
