    Thanks buddy. Rooster is the guys nickname who popped his hammy on his pull. Tone gets all crazy on his attempts and dedicated his pull to rooster. So he screamed some naughty words to him lol.

    Damn dude, those are some serious beltless front squats. Nice work buddy! I've actually been thinking about adding them into my routine after deadlifts as well. How do you like them? Are you sore at all between these and regular squats?

    Thanks buddy. I always liked front squats but got away from them. Between them and the heavy ab work they should really get my pull moving. Havent really had any soreness from them either.

    I only like them with a SSB, lol. Other then that, I hate them....I know, I'm a sissy!!! I can't stand the pressure it puts on my shoulders. After giving it some thought, I'm going to throw them in on leg day instead. I'm adding back snatch grip block pulls which I'll do after deads. I really felt those in my upper back.

    Yeah the snatch grip deads are great. When we start the new cycle they'll be in there frequently too.

    How fast things change. Ive been in the hospital since Thursday. My appendix decided to burst. They took it out Friday morning, but i have a good amount of infection. Havent eaten solid food since ive been here. Once im discharged which hopefully is in the next 2 days, prob no heavy lifting for 8 weeks. Not happy right now..

    Sorry to hear the news. Take care of yourself and get back into it when you are able. Focus on what you are able to control and the rest will sort itself out.
