    9/1 Update

    Its been a hell of a week and a half healthwise. Last Thursday I had my appendix taken out after it ruptured, but infection set in and causedmy intestines to swell up bad and blocked any food from passing through. I went back into the hospital this Thursday and they had me on IV only. Nothing by mouth at all, not even water. So its been 8 days since I had solid food until today. I got discharged from the hospital this morning weighing in at a whopping 192lbs fully clothed. Its going to be a long road back, but I will be back. Ill give it another week to get some strength and weight back, ten ill start a real light and slow process back.

    Needed to get in and start moving around. Body is real tight and still pretty weak, and I cant use my core which rules out about everything.

    First day back. Very humbling how much strength was lost. I lost a lot of upper body mass, but im not in a rush to throw weight on. Without being able to train heavy, I don't want to just put weight on for the purpose of being heavier. Ill basically maintain until I can really get back into it.

    9/10 Shoulders

    A very depressing day. I barely have any overhead strength in my left Shoulder/Lat. I had trouble locking out just a bar on that side. Its just blowing my mind how I could lose so much in a weeks time, even if I was on bed rest. My right lat is almost totally gone. So pussy weight it was...

    Stayed beltless because the belt was uncomfortable on the core. Weight felt ok, a little sluggish off the box but not bad for the first time squatting post surgery. I wanted to do some sled dragging since I cant do much for legs without using core, but the Strongmen princesses were hogging all the sleds and shit. So hit extensions, then a little upper stuff since thats my biggest weakness right now. Just hammering it whenever possible.
