    That PB push pull looks like it's going to be pretty stellar. Tone's crazy for doing it right after his raw meet, but we already knew that. Training looks solid as usual man.

    Not the best day, but a week after the meet its not expectes to be. Only hit a single with 605 and then punished myself with a small 4 plate pr. Rev band pull were nothing special.     Still dont have my shirt back, so I decided to throw on my old APT single ply. 545 to the 1brd was very easy and fast. But trying to touch was damn near impossible lol. 2nd attempt was better but just as I touched i got some serious pain in my right shoulder and bitched out.
